In the 21st century, the world has entered the era of the knowledge economy. In the face of the challenges of the new century and the intense international competition, all countries in the world generally viewed the basic education curriculum reform to improve the quality of primary and secondary education, as an important strategic measure. Every country in the basic education curriculum reform, restructures personnel training target and mode, and improves student evaluation system and the quality of personnel training by reforming the basic education curriculum. With this trend of development, actively promoting the basic education curriculum reform and improving student evaluation system have become a global trend.A new round of reform of the curriculum has begun establishing "promoting comprehensive development of students" Value and constructing the new basic education curriculum reform to meet the student evaluation system. At present, how to promote the development of students and improve the quality of education has become a new topic worthy of exploration and research for every educator. Therefore, the implementation of the new curriculum reform of the student evaluation of the implementation of the new curriculum will provide the basis for decision making. Enlightened by the 20th century theories of modern education about student evaluation,such as constructivism theory, post-modern theories of multiple intelligence ,and the experiences and inspiration in the reform of basic education student evaluation in the United States,Britain,Japan and other countries,combining basic education curriculum reform in the course of operation of the new curriculum reform experiment zone in the exploration and evaluation of individual students in the new curriculum implementation of the initial practice, the auther offers the new curriculum reform implementation strategy, evaluation of the content of middle school history students, the evaluation criteria historical studies and evaluation of student achievement assessment and reform issues such as a more in-depth examination of the method of analysis and discussion . The purpose is to guide our students in the most advanced concept evaluation and reform of basic education curriculum reform. The evaluation system sets up to promote the comprehensive development of students—a student-centered development, on the background of the whole society, to promote the comprehensive development of students, and promote knowledge, ability, attitude and emotional harmony of students.Based on the history of student evaluation in the implementation of the new curriculum reform, with the purpose evaluating students in the new curriculum reform ideas of further development and perfection,the essay intends to help realize the student-centered student evaluation standard in implement reform and urge students, teachers, parents and educational administrators to participate in the evaluation mode.
