Under the background of pluralistic curriculum with difference, Chinese education will be inevitably influenced by multi-culture. Multi-culture makes the teaching manner of Chinese course change from close form to open, the curricular content from self-identity to surmounting, the implementation of Chinese course from the traditional mode of "teacher being dominant and student being the main body" to mutual dialogue and pursuing understanding. During the innovation and practice of Chinese course, the diversification and multilevel of macroscopical society will necessarily make the extensive teacher and student confront with the never met conflict and challenge of value viewpoint under the condition of multi-culture. However, the real situation is: many teachers who hard cultivate the post of Chinese education still more or less lack some thought preparation to actively answer the multi-culture. Then, what countermeasure should be taken in the face of the background of multi-culture and the actuality of practitioners of Chineses education?The author thinks that the Chinese course should establish the principle of "harmony and difference" in being up against multi-culture background, i.e. on one side passing national culture and seeking the root of Chinese teaching, on the other hand scanning widely the whole world, admitting the elite of multi-culture, and pushing the curricular reform toward the mutually harmonious development. Finally, author also discussed the approach to bring up the main body (teacher and student) multi-culture accomplishment in detail, and appealed that the educational worker should boost student to cognize, judge and act at multivariant way so that foster high-diathesis Chinese coming and going freely among different culture.
