The knowledge and ability are the problems that people have been studying, the people in the past researched the result of this problem, but after reading a great deal of related cultural heritage, the writer found that most of results discuss the relation between knowledge and ability in the scope that is contacted to the philosophy. Few people research the relation and the conversion of the knowledge and ability in the mental level, particularly in the cognitive level. On the basis of other's research results , this paper thinks about the question in the frame of the cognition doctrine and system doctrine, hoping to have an innovation on the level of theories and the fulfillment. This text is divided into four parts totally:Chapter 1:In this chapter, the writer defined the concept of the knowledge structure first. This paper takes the theories of the system theory as foundation, discussing the concept knowledge and structure and the factors that make up knowledge. Further more, the paper discussed Russian professional students'knowledge structure characteristics on this foundation.Chapter 2:This chapter puts forward the comprehensive ability that high school Russian professional students should have on the basis of Russian Professional Syllabus to University and College .And this chapter defines the comprehensive ability that is put forward in this paper as the comprehensive ability that is developed by the Russian professional students in the process of the university Russian study .Chapter 3:This is the textual core chapter, it mainly takes the cognition doctrine psychology as the theories foundation, systematically elaborating the concrete process of knowledge process, and studying the Russian professional students'comprehensive ability formation in the process of information dealing .Chapter 4:This chapter studies the formation of comprehensive ability from the angle of strategy. The ex-three parts of the article research this problem of knowledge and ability from the theories level, but it can not get away from fulfillment in the process of the knowledge and the ability conversion, and it can not get away from the strategy to have the important meaning to fulfillment more, so I think about the formation of ability from the strategy angle.The ex-three chapters research the formation of comprehensive ability from the angle of strategy choice, while Chapter 4 researches the formation of comprehensive ability from the angle of practice. At the aspect of theories study, we study how knowledge promote the formation of comprehensive ability with the information process theories .In the aspects of practice, this article study Russian professional students'formation of comprehensive ability according to the related research result of the study strategy, combining the concrete characteristics of Russian academics.
