In Interdisciplinary teachers of basic education because of the current education system and other reasons art teachers are in the marginalized and even ignored embarrassing situation?In order to fully implement quality education the art education is very important and its status will become increasingly prominent?Therefore how the art teachers reform and innovation in education idea education methods teaching methods and strive to improve their own professional development level has become the important content of current education teaching reform?With the advancement of high school arts new curriculum teaching,the new curriculum standards addresses new requirements to the quality of the high school art teacher how to improve comprehensive ability of the high school art teacher has become a hot topic of research in the field of art education?As an important part of the new curriculum reform the training of high school art teacher will have a significant impact on the new curriculum reform and the quality education of high school?The three concepts of the new curriculum standards one is the teacher emphasizes mainly on students pay attention to students' all-round development;the second is emphasizing the integration the third is to establish the concept of scientific and humanistic curriculum and perfecting the assessment mechanism to establish a new evaluation mechanism conforms to the quality education?And teachers to achieve the above three points not only strengthen the ability to his discipline the teaching of comprehensive ability is more important?In the first chapter of the paper the investigation of art teachers in Yueyang City as an example from multi angle and multi aspects to analyze the current situation of teachers' comprehensive ability,the requirements teachers' comprehensive ability training the defect of teachers' comprehensive ability and the main way art teachers to enhance the comprehensive ability?In the second chapter through a combination of China's art education development and the international development trend of the arts education this paper analyzed the new requirements,the new curriculum reform addresses new requirements to teachers' comprehensive ability,from the teacher's professional knowledge personality multi-disciplinary knowledge accumulation scientific research ability and information art teaching?The third chapter introduces the current situation of our art teachers' comprehensive ability training and analyzes the disadvantages and reasons of the current training mode and method?Finally combining with the above analysis this paper studied the methods of the art teachers enhance the comprehensive ability from five aspects:professional knowledge and skills upgrading multidisciplinary knowledge accumulation and interdisciplinary subject teachers teaching ability make good use of the resources of school teaching and academic exchanges in middle school learning promotion application of information technology in art education and self reflection to adapt to the new requirements of new curriculum reform and to realize the comprehensive ability training of art teachers?...
