There are defects which lead to low teaching efficiency in senior high school.Many mathematics teachers only pay much attention to the acquirement of knowledgebut ignore the process of students' learning. Most students expend a lot of vigor, butreceive much negative experience. "Students are the masters of learning, whileteachers are the organizers, directors and cooperators." The Mathematics CurriculumStandard of High School regards showing concern for the development of people asthe first aim. For every mathematics teacher, how to promote the involvement of highschool students and improve mathematical teaching efficiency is a vital problemwhich is needed to be solved immediately.Through integration and analysis of a large volume of documents, the authorputs forward four main teaching strategies, which are based on his long teachingpractice: Firstly, construct mathematics scenes to arouse students' interest; Secondly,design questions to strengthen students' consciousness; Thirdly, direct learningmethods to improve the abilities of involvement; Besides, carry out separate teachingto promote full attendance.For the purpose of promoting the involvement of high school students andimproving teaching efficiency, the writer has carried out experiment study, putforward concrete measures, and then analyzed the results of case study and theexperiments. The writer not only has carried out some questionnaires in theexperiments, but also has analyzed the results and come to the conclusion: thestrategies are valid and by means of reforming teaching strategies, teachers canpromote the involvement of high school students and improve mathematical teachingefficiency.
