The Research Of Good Faith Education On Employees Of Insurance Industry

Good faith is a traditional virtue of China. With the development of insurance industry, the virtue of good faith is the foundation which can insure the insurance industry grows fastly and healthly. It is an important subject of the good faith education to make the insurance employees who is the foundation of insurance industry into a habit of good faith. At preseant, the main situation of good faith of insurance employees is healthy and positive, but, there are still many matters without good faith. Because of this, we need to strengthen good faith education of insurance employees by taking steps on ideas, contents, systems, methods, teams, etc, and to build an efficient system of good faith education of insurance employees. The thesis just searches on this and it includes three parts.Part 1: The good faith education of insurance employee and its important significance. This part mainly includes two contents: the meaning of good faith and its important significance in insurance industry. It introduces the history of good faith, the meaning of good faith, the meaning of good faith education, the function of good faith in insurance, etc. This part builds the basis and provides the basic theories foundation for the next part. This part also analyzes the function of good faith for the development of insurance industry and of good faith education for the insurance employees, which is the basis for the next part.Part 2: Analysis on the situcaion of present good faith education of insurance industry. It develops on the basis of former part analysis, and analyzes the success of good faith educaion in insurance industry, meanwile, it points out the present matters of good faith educaion for insurance employees, and analyze the cause of it. After all, this part is the logic development of the thesis.Part 3: the measures of strenghening the present good faith educaion of insurance employees. On the basic analysis of present situation of good faith among insurance employees, it provides many mearsures to strenghen the effection of good faith educaion from ideas, systems, contents, methods, teams, etc, and tries to build an educational system of good faith among insurance employees, by which to enhance the present good faith situation of insurance employees, and improve the good faith quality of insurance employees. The thesis gets to its logic aim in this part.
