| The principal of the research is taking literature as quote, quantitative research as assistant, literature analyses combine with practical research. The research takes comprehensive university as research object, and aims to come up with some advices through the questionnaire analysis confirms literature analysis.There are two clues in literature analysis, the first is study constitution on organization structure, organization structure of university, innovative atmosphere in and out of abroad, the second is the course of change and development of university organizational structure in China. The writer divides the course into three periods. The first is between the set up of university in modern history and before the first extensive arrangement. The second is between the first extensive arrangement and before the reform of management system. The third is from the reform of management system till now on. The questionnaire which uses in the research is revised on the basis of organizational structure questionnaire and innovative atmosphere questionnaire of foreign countries. The questionnaire contains organizational structure questionnaire and innovative atmosphere questionnaire. The former contains three variables, such as complexity, decentralization of authority and standardization. The later contains resource, motivation and exploration. Through tools such as"Descriptive Analysis","Correlate Analysis"and"Univariate Analysis of Variance", the writer not only describes the condition of organizational structure of university and innovative atmosphere, but also reveals the organizational structure of university how to affect innovative atmosphere. The attitude for the data is properly used, not to depend on it. The final advices are brought up on the basis of both the literature analysis and the questionnaire analysis, which reveal the circumstances of organizational structure of university and innovative atmosphere, the problems existed and the way to go. |
