In recent years, the staff and management-related emotional relationships in the organizationincreasingly academia and business attention, with the changing market environment, the organization envyissues have been the subject of becoming a high-profile field of organizational behavior while Chineseenterprises in the context of the formation of a unique leadership style, the atmosphere gradually get worseorder to understand and manage the academic community. This study aimed to investigate the effects ofChaxu atmosphere perception of organizational citizenship behavior, and further discuss the role ofemployee envy and power distance.In this study, document analysis and questionnaire research methods, chaxu atmosphereperception and employee envy depth discussion and study. Using convenience sampling method to select anumber of enterprises in the major cities of more than500employees in a formal questionnaire,while usingdescriptive analysis, analysis of variance, regression analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, exploratoryfactor analysis statistical methods for the effective sample data statistics, the following conclusions:First, employee envy questionnaire as a single-dimensional structure, reliability and validity ofthe indicators have reached the psychometric requirements.Second, discussion about chaxu atmosphere perception, then found there were significantdifferences between gender, level of education, jobs, work and other aspects of life and business nature.Third, employee envy was found to significantly moderate the relationship between chaxuatmosphere perception and organizational citizenship behavior.Fourth, power distance was found to significantly mediate the relationship between employee envy and organizational citizenship behavior.
