The knowledge and the skills owned by University or College Teacher are HumanCapital, it's significant to research System of Faculty Appointment in college oruniversity based on Human Capital theory. This thesis analyze the teacher's HumanCapital's characteristics and functions from aspects of Human Capital Property right,Specific Human Capital, Human Capital use-value and Human Capital Accumulation,then inquire into three kind of typical patterns of System of Faculty Appointment incollege or university of developed countries, to find the theories and experiences whichsuit China, and then union investigation results of System of Faculty Appointment incollege or university of China, induces the main questions of System of FacultyAppointment in college or university of our country, for example, the system'scompetitiveness has not manifested, the contractual relationship between teachers andschools has not equal, the appraisal system has not well done and human resources flowdisordered etc. Point out we should establish fair society appraisal system for teachers,separate work relations from the human affairs relation, and establish competitive systemof System of Faculty Appointment and perfect stimulating salary system, simultaneouslystandard the human capital flow market to perfect the System of Faculty Appointment incollege or university of China.
