Object: This research is based on the training of the lightweight women rowers for the 10th Nation Games in 2005,analysis the training characteristic and ways to monitor training with physical parameters. The object is to find some physical parameter and its characteristics to guide further scientific training of rowing athletes.Methods:Some function index of lightweight women rows athletes such as Hb,BU and T are measured in whole training period. Dynamometer multi stage load measurement and 2000m rowing ergometer all-out test are also measured. Blood lactate measure and analysis for 12km,40-minute water ,5km running and12km bicycle. The training result is evaluated by blood lactate, polar chart, paddle frequency and canoe speed. Statistic analysis is carried out on training arrangement and strength.Results and Conclusions: 1. During the rowing training term, Aerobic training caused the increasing of HB concentration..HB concentration changed periodically. HB concentration was related to the training volume (r=-0.568,P<0.05). BU concentration correlated with training volume(r=0.68,P<0.05).2. Aerobic training caused the increasing of serum T level, there was the similar chang tendengcy between serum T level and HB concentration.Serum T level of 42th week was highest ,and it indicated open-women rowers'physiological ability has reached a high level. 3.After long time aerobic training PAT4 increasd significantly .During the rowing training term,The curve of power-lactate had a tendengcy of right.4.2000m rowing ergo test results rose as a whole. 2000m rowing ergo performances of the last week improved significantly, and it indicated lightweight rowers'physiological ability has reached a high level.5.Both 5km running training and12km bicycle training were beneficial to aerobic ablility, but bicycle training was better. 6.Strength circulation training,one of event-related strength training methods,was proven feasible.
