The Establishment Of Hunan Province, Middle School Physical Education Textbook Evaluation Index System And Evaluation Of Hunan Existing Secondary School Physical Education Textbook

In this paper,we firstly put forward the principles and corresponding evaluation index steps of constructing a target system of textbook evaluation. According to the text, the evaluation system should be scientific,feasible. There should also establish evaluation system criteria to the certain textbook, specific range.Secondly, on the basis of evaluative principles, we have proposed the textbook evaluation index of middle school in Hunan. AHP level analytic method were adopted to set up and carried on the system that compares and evaluation to the gym teaching textbooks quality of middle school in Hunan. Furthermore, the contents of each index were concretely discussed.This system includes 5 first class indexes and second index and 18 items. The consistency inspection showed the weights of index at all levels demonstrate intensively and strongly, dispersed little characteristic.The weight of the first class index is W = (0.173,0.376,0.225,0.151,0.075)T,The weight of the second class index is W′=(0.0865,0.0576,0.0289,0.1553,0.0887,0.0214,0.1105,0.0315,0.0106,0.0353,0.0209,0.0637,0.0630,0.0503,0.0252,0.0755,0.0501,0.0250)T。Thirdly, the methods of questionnaire investigation and analyses of comparing were adopted to investigate the current Hunan middle school gym textbooks"sports and health"and"sports". The result indicated that"sports and health"have greater improvement than the latter. It can adapt to the sports teaching of middle school in Hunan someway, but there is certain improving space. The results also showed that " sports and health " of new edition are superior in the aspects of the instructive degree, sports technology narrates the accuracy, guideline to self-study and edition , publishing quality comparing with " sports ".Finally, according to the problems of regional adaptability to Hunan province appearing in teaching material appraisal, two pieces of advice were pointed out。On the one hand,the school should strengthen the construction of related sports facilities if possible。On the other hand, a well- formed organization including outstanding crews should be constructed to write the gym teaching material with local characteristic. What's more some suggestion of adopting scientific statistical methods to set up extensive valuation system was considered.
