Class Advisors are one of the most important influential factors in the student's growth process, and they are the backbone of carrying out all kinds of work of schools. Class advisors take parts in manager of class, educator, and organizer. The overall quality of class advisors restricts the education quality of the school. The purpose of the research is to find the problems among the development of class advisors team and improvement methods through sample survey on class advisers of WeiFang primary schools.The main means of the investigation is paper survey. 11 class advisers from different schools in respect are the object of the research. 320 copies of paper are delivered; 297effective copies are taken back which cover 92.8% of total samples. The researcher conducts the statistical data analysis through"Mean","T-Test","One-Way Anova","Reliablity Analysis"by using SPSS 13.0 for windows. The analysis is on the structure features of class advisers, moral quality, capable quality, psychological quality, physical quality and schools management on them. It reveals 5 problems. First the degree of willing acceptance as a class adviser is low. Second, the overwork of class advisers is serious. Third, there is a big gap between education conduct of class advisers and education idea advocated in New Courses Reform Plan. Fourth, extensive knowledge is lacked, the relative information and working skill about class advisers is in short. Last, the assessment of class advisers is rather simplized and superficial.According to current situation, here 5 advices are taken out. First, to specialize the work of class advisers as soon as possible, to improve class adviser's treatment, and to become class advisers as an ideal job. Second, to attach importance to selection class advisers and not to appoint them at random. Third, to control strictly the mumber of class and to lessen the labor intensity of them. Fouth, to enhance the training of their work skill and scientific research ability. Last, the assessment of class advisers should be in line with the features of teachers's job.
