Research On The Combination Of College Counselors And Class Teachers

College counselor and teacher in college students management and education and play an important role,but has always been there in the management of college students with the teacher and counselor responsibilities are not clear,cooperation is not smooth,the division of labor problems of college counselors and teacher recognition exist and give the improvement is very important for the current the student management work in Colleges and universities in china.First,through sorting out a large number of documents,the root and the role orientation of college counselors and headteachers’ professional posts are summarized.Taking Hubei University of Economics as a case study,the school employed 58 full-time counselors and 267 teachers as the research sample,combining qualitative analysis and empirical methods,from disciplines,education,training,age structure,title rank and other factors in the counselor and teacher team found that there is a basic condition,the management system of student work is not clear,division of labor is not clear,lack of effective communication mechanism,salary is not high,the student work team is not stable problem.Finally,it is proposed that we should improve student work management system,improve treatment,expand career development space,build student work division system,and create long-term communication mechanism,so as to continuously enhance the effectiveness of college counselors and head teachers’ efforts to educate people.
