Observation eight weeks after myocardial ACE2mRNA expression, myocardial AT1mRNA, AngⅡ, NO, heart coefficient biochemical indicators of movement on hypertensive rats protection.Result:adopt 10.0 software packages of SPSS to the result:1. After eight weeks of swimming exercise, exercise group (T) SHR rat heart coefficient was significantly lower than quiet group (group S) (P <0.05); quiet group (group S) SHR rat heart coefficient than normal group (group C) Wistar rats were significantly higher (P <0.01). Hypertension factor that can increase heart, and exercise can reduce hypertension caused by the increase in the coefficient of heart.2. After eight weeks of swimming exercise, exercise group (T) AngⅡSHR rat myocardium was significantly lower than the quiet group (group S) (P <0.01); quiet group (group S) SHR rat myocardial and plasma AngⅡcontent than normal group (C) Wistar rats were significantly higher (P <0.01). Myocardial ACE2mRNA that hypertension can reduce the expression and exercise can be increased from hypertensive rats ACE2mRNA expression.4. After eight weeks of swimming exercise, exercise group (T) SHR rat cardiomyocytes AT1mRNA expression was slightly lower than quiet group (group S), but no statistical significance; exercise group (T) and quiet group (group S) SHR rats AT1mRNA myocardial expression than normal group (group C) Wistar rats were significantly higher (P <0.01). Myocardial AT1mRNA that hypertension can increase the expression, and movement can not effectively reduce the hypertensive rats AT1mRNA expression.Conclusion:1.
