Object:To discuss the possible mechanism of exercises on hypertension,we observed the effect of exercises on NO,TGF-β1, and ET-l,in serum and aorta of SHR Rats. And we hope to provide theory basis for preventing hypertension and other complications.Method:We Divide16Wistar male mice into two groups by average, the W control group and the W training group. And divide16SHR male mice into two groups by average, the S control group and the S training group. Each training group has training for90min every day,6times a week, which will be lasted for8weeks. At the test period, we test the level of NO,TGF-β1, and ET-l,in serum and aorta of each group.Results:1. After8weeks swimming,the weight of both two training groups go down obviously compared with the control groups(P<0.05), while the blood pressure of SHR training group decrease compared with the S control group(P<0.01), which prove that exercise is a good way to reduce blood pressure by decreasing weight.2. After8weeks swimming, the content of Ang Ⅱ in serum and aorta of ST group decreased compared with SC group(P<0.05),which prove that exercise has in-hibitory action on the composion and excretion of Ang Ⅱ.3. After8weeks swimming, the TGF-β1content in serum and aorta of SHR group is decrease compared with Scgroup(P<0.05),which prove that exercise has down regulation action on TGF-β1level.4. After8weeks swimming, the NO content of SHR group is lower than the Wistar group, while NO content of ST group is higher than SC group(P<0.01). which prove that exercises would promote the composion and excretion of NO. and promote anapetia.5. After8weeks swimming, the ET-1content of SHR group is higher than Wistar group, while ET-1content of ST group is lower than SC group(P<0.01). It prove in hypertension, the content of ET-1in aorta would increase, and exercises could decrease the content of ET-1.Conclusion:1. Long-term-regularly exercises can prevent the blood pressure from further increasing of SHR Rats, while ecercises also could decrease the body weight of Wistar Rats and SHR Rats, which prove proper exercises could effectively control the increasing of weight and blood pressure.2. Long-term-regularly exercises can decrease the content of TGF-β1in serum and aorta of SHR Rats, restrain the inflammatory reaction in smooth muscle of aorta, which has positive action on control hypertension.3. TGF-β1in serum and aorta participate the decreasing of blood pressure under exercises training, after exercises, the AngⅡwould restrain the expression of TGF-β1mRNA, and then decrease the content of TGF-β1in serum and aorta, decrease the expression of ET-1mRNA which promoted by TGF-β1,at last, increase the content of NO, improve the function of smooth muscle of aorta, decrease the blood pressure.
