Urban-rural relations are the basic issues which have the great influence on the healthy development of our society. To settle this basic problem will not only determine the level of people's satisfaction of our social development, the speed and quality of the urbanization, but also impact the resolution of our three agricultural issues. Our Urban-rural relations are going on the transition from the separation to the coordinating. The development of our Urban-rural relations is accompanied by the change of system. In other words, the system has molded the Urban-rural relations, and the Urban-rural relations solidified the rigid system. The recent research is mainly on the action of system, but the creativity of my thesis firstly is the new viewpoint, that is absorb the view of structuralism and deconstructionism, secondly is the new emphasis, that is on the retroact of the Urban-rural relations. As this track, my thesis discusses the interaction between Urban-rural relations and the systems.The thesis can be divided into four parts. The first part introduces the significances, the existing study achievements, the basic train of thoughts and the major methods of the study and the basic concept of the thesis. The second part of the thesis deal with the transition of our Urban-rural relations based on the changes of the systems. The third part is the main part of the thesis, which mainly discusses the interaction of the systems and the Urban-rural relations, especially analyzes the residential system and employment system. The fourth part is to make the outline of the future development of the Urban-rural relations, the experience from other countries, and the strategy of the system reform. The conclusion part summarizes the innovation of this thesis and the deficiency of it.
