This paper begins with the basic theory of the teachers professional development, analyzes the meaning of consciousness of the teacher's self-professional development, and researches the necessary of improving the consciousness of current middle-school moral course teacher's self-professional development.At last, points out some ways to improve the consciousness of current middle-school moral course teachers self-professional development, and tries to provide the academic and the practical instruction for the moral course teachers professional development.There are three parts in the thesis.The first part is about the basic theory of the teachers professional development.It chiefly researches the meanings of the teacher's professional development and the consciousness of the teachers self-professional development by the philology.The second part concerns with the the necessary of improving the consciousness of current middle-school moral course teacher's self-professional development. Analyzes it is the objective demand of the new course, focuses on the questions and the reasons of the the consciousness of current middle-school moral course teachers self-professional development.The third part pays attention to implement countermeasure of improving the consciousness of current middle-school moral course teachers self-professional development from the sides of social environment and self growth and development of the teachers.
