This paper takes the Chinese teachers' professional development as the research object,respectively,from the "subject consciousness" "students' consciousness" and"skill consciousness" three aspects to explore the problems and solutions of Chinese teachers' professional development.Adhering to the principle of innovation of the paper,this paper based on previous studies of Chinese teachers' professional development,carried out the refine and deepen research to the Chinese teachers'professional development.From the basic connotation to basic strategies and cases analysis,author's own research thinking can be seen there.This paper adopts research methods including literature research,classroom observation,case analysis,interview investigation method and so on.The full text is divided into five parts which includes introduction,the basic connotation of Chinese teachers' professional development,the problem analysis of Chinese teachers' professional development,the solutions and case analysis.The first part:Introduction.First of all,introducing the origin of research,describe research overview,and defining some core concepts of "teachers'professional development" "Three Consciousness" and "Chinese teachers'professional development" on the basis of previous studies.Secondly,introducing the theoretical and practical significance from two aspects,proposing the research value of Chinese teachers' professional development under"three consciousness".Finally,stating the research methods,and striving to study scientifically and precisely.The second part:Introducing the basic connotation of Chinese teachers'professional development.Including the subject literacy,the student-based concept and the teaching skill.Among them,the subject literacy is core content of Chinese teachers' professional development,the student-based concept is inherent requirement and the teaching skill is basic condition.The third part:Pointing out problems and reasons of Chinese teachers,professional development.There are three main problems:teaching Chinese in a non-Chinese way,taking students as a minority,taking teaching as a simple thing.The causes for the problems are:Chinese teacher's subject consciousness is fuzzy,their students' consciousness is unclear,and their skill consciousness is dim.The fourth part:Stating the solutions of Chinese teachers' professional development.This part states how to realize Chinese teachers'professional development based on "subject consciousness""students' consciousness" and "skill consciousness".Specifically,Chinese teacher should establish "Three consciousness",then,do what they should do,and to be better self.The fifth part:Analyze some cases about excellent Chinese teachers' professional development.This part takes Li Jilin,YuYi,and Dou Guimei as examples,and analyses the reasons about their professional development from "Three Consciousness".Although this paper tries to deepen and refine study into Chinese teachers'professional development based on "Three consciousness" as much as possible,due to the lack of enough theoretical knowledge and practical experience,there is a long way for the author to reach the rigorous academic height.This paper is not only a new starting point of the author's career in teaching,but also a turning point of the author's job of future.The author will continue the study along this direction in future,continue to refine,deepen,and strive to enhance the professionalism as a Chinese teacher.
