The educational justice is an important foundation for the social justice, and it also is an important and effective means and ways of achieving the social justice. Under the harmonious social background, the educational fields still have the numerous unfair phenomena, to a great extent restricts to the realization of the educational justice. This paper analyzes the unfair phenomenon and the long-standing reason comprehensively and objectively from the government's responsibility angle, then proposes the reasonable and effective proposal or the countermeasure, thus it can advance the realization of the educational justice.This article follows "propose the question -- analyze the question—solve the problem" to launch the research. This paper mainly includes three major parts: introductory remarks, main text, conclusion. The introductory remarks part has mainly outlined the background of the selected topic and the significance, this article research mentality and the research technique. The first chapter in the main text "the basic present of the educational justice in our country" summarizes the remarkable achievement in the process of the educational justice realization in recent years, but also objectively analyzes the injustice phenomenon from the city and countryside, the social stratum, the school and so on five aspects. In the second chapter of the main text "the flaw factor's analysis of the government responsibility in the realization of the educational justice", it proposes the government's responsibility in the different education stage, from the angle of the educational Quasi-public goods and the government's public. Then it summarizes the basic reason of the injustice imagines: the educational resources disposition system, the educational charge system, the educational matriculation system, the institutional factors and economic development, the individual quality and so on. The third chapter of the main text "the countermeasure analysis for the government's responsibility in carrying out the educational justice" proposes the countermeasure suggestion for carrying out the government's responsibility in the educational justice, based the injustice phenomenon and its reason .In the new period, the government not only need to set up the scientific values, but also perfect the educational administration system and strengthen the educational law management. Simultaneously the government must provide the good system guarantee for the economical development and the lateral economic ties reform. The conclusion part summarizes the relativity and the contemporary of the educational justice. We must realize that the realization of the educational justice need be advanced gradually.
