Hidden curriculum research is one of the hot spot of the contemporary course studies, It focuses on achieving the objective of emotion-will, is an important component of the curriculum, also the catalyst to achieve the goal of the quality education of university .College of Physical Education is the important way to carry out the quality education and cultivate all -round development faculty.The hidden curriculum of university reflects the essential connotation of quality education, and with its comprehensiveness and subjectivity. Therefore, the Physical education of college not only teaches students with physical knowledge, technology, skills and cultural knowledge, such as rational knowledge, but also attaches importance to the function of physical hidden curriculum , physical hidden curriculum can teach students about sports attitudes, values, norms, and other much non-rational and cultural knowledge. Namely, use the sports hidden curriculum to exert students with comprehensive and suble influence and edification, improme students quality. Through the analysis to the hidden courses at home and abroad as well as sports courses related-theory with literature review .This paper discuss and analyse the content, features, functions of the sports hidden curriculum and propose that sports hidden courses through material ,cultural , spiritual and cultural elements Elements should help students improve their cognition structure and stimulate learning motivation and desire to acquire new knowledge, thus enabling students to obtain social and life experience, to lay the foundation for the future into the community. Therefore, sports hidden curriculum is divided into two categories which contain suitable for educational goal ,previous-planned sports material cultural element and spirits cultural element.This study chooses Jiang su and Shanghai's 13 colleges and universities (including the "211" college 11) as research object, Through literature, expert interviews, logical reasoning, the survey method and mathematical statistics and so on, to investigate and analyse exploiting situation of hidden courses Survey mainly carries out from teacher-and-student's general awareness for sports hidden curriculum, and physical education teachers and students, awareness about related problems of physical course. Put the feelings of students as the main line, promote the development of students for main purpose .To analyse those factors that influence the development of hidden curriculum in part of jiang su and Shanghai's universities, Mantime,. findout the problems. propose the stategies and recommendations.Survey shows that the part of Shanghai's college sports hidden curriculum development status quo is not very satisfactory. Physical education teachers through practical experience judge recognized sports hidden courses to students in significant impact, and the understanding about hidden courses on theory of implicit course is not the deep, the concern about hidden curriculum is not enough.The part of universities of Jiangsu and Shanghai's study for the development of sports hidden curriculum is mainly focused on material level ,the development in spirit and cultural dimensions needs to be strengthened, such as: many schools leaders lack of attention to it; school sports system are not sound enough; sports publicity is not adequate; Teachers show apathy in sports; the relationship between teachers and students lack of control, and so on. The control and improvement of these factors have a direct impact on the sports hidden curriculum development. On student level, the survey shows that: most of the students lack of awareness of hidden curriculum in sports, but many students believe that college sports hidden curriculum content material and spiritual levels can influence their own sports study, In addition, boys and girls and the students with different sports hobbies in sports hidden curriculum material difference on the whole are very significant, particularly in the stadium facilities whether can meet the needs of students, and rational distribution of sports facilities on a very significant difference. The students with different sports hobbies to entities of the spiritual and cultural needs and feelings on the whole difference is very significant.Based on these study ,there're five Countermeasure .first, the hidden curriculum study of college sport must abide by principle about excellent selections,useful,system and Ordered; Second, develop the hidden curriculum system of sport ;Third, Being boost the developing of student as centre , enriching the Carrier of the active sports hidden curriculum influencing factor ; Fourth, attach importance to the research to the student and Take seriously of Cultivating the ability of the curriculum develops ; Fifth, Take seriously the hidden curriculum on rational distribution and optimize Integrate, then overcome the negative effect on soprts hidden curriculum.
