This research takes realizing cover affluent society and the socialism new rural reconstruction as a background, through reviewing and referring the correlation theory of education for economic development. Analyze the farmers'education situation which to the farmers' income mechanism. And select Yangzhou as the case, through the qualitative and quantitative analysis to analyze 774 household peasant effective questionnaires. In view of the farmers themselves, to reveal correlation factors which impact on the growth of farmer incomes currently, and to demonstrate the impact degree between farmer education and their income. Based on this, take the farmers' income growth as the goal, take the government and the farmer education itself as the standpoint, it statements the recommendations and countermeasures which can increase their level of education, and promote the growth of farmer incomes.The results show that:1.Education has the promoting effect to the growth of farmer incomes .The correlation coefficient between farmer education and their incomes is the most, show a high degree of positive correlation; Educational value is more big in the revenue function, that is, as the improving of household-head education, family income show a certain percentage of the increase; Education whit gender and vocational respectively show significant impact to family income, which show education>>vocational>gender>age, and have interaction effects between education and gender or age. 2. Education makes up for the reparation effect for farmers physical descendent. The relationship between the household-head age of low education and family income is close. That is, for the low education household-head, as his age increase their family income decline rapid relatively, for the high education household-head, as his age increase their family income decline slow relatively. 3. For farmers'employment choice, education has the direction effect. Farmer education impacts their employment policy by employment motivation and employability. The higher farmer education is, the more their non-agriculture transfer rate is. Instead, low education farmer stays to take care of agriculture, and family-run project more single, so their family income is lower. 4. Education has the enhancing effect for farmers'concept changing. Farmer education impact their new technology needs and technology pay,family investment aspirations in education and the family investment strength,objective understanding and self-awareness of entrepreneurship.According to theory analysis and practice result, this paper makes recommendations to increase their level of education and promoting the growth of farmer incomes .1. Based on the government perspective: (1) A correct understanding for education on the fundamental impact of the farmers'income, to attache importance of rural education and to strengthen the human capital accumulation. (2)Definitude the main body of investment in rural education duties, increase the proportion of investment in education, change the weak situation of rural education, implementation of urban and rural education fair. (3) Deepen the reform of income distribution system, secondary distribution tilt to the vulnerable groups, promote the common prosperity of peasants. (4) Strengthen the system arrangements of rural education and the building of the teachers'contingent in rural areas. To improve rural education from running mechanism,the basis of rural education conditions and the building of the teachers'contingent.(5) For the vulnerable groups of disadvantaged people--rural women, we should give them more careful education. Further, improved the women's education can help them shift to non-agriculture field. 2. Based on the perspective of farmers'education: (1) Farmer education should be based on the overall situation of education. Based on the overall development of society,community resource development and integration,constructing learning environment, and to play a function of community education. (2) Farmers education should tamp basic. That is, educate farmer to learn from studying to survival; Focus on sustainable development of nurturing new labor. (3) Farmers education should bring into play forerunner. It should understand the lag effect of education, think ahead; Strengthen agricultural technology and skill training, so, to help farmer to transfer and conversion fast. Specially, agricultural-enterprise talents,agricultural-international talents and venture-farmer's cultivation. (4) Farmers education should improve efficiency. Realize transform between with the cultivated mode. So, make farmer to taste the significance and necessary of education.
