The teacher is one extremely easy to become burnout community. Recently, to adapt rapid rhythm and more competition, the teacher is bearing great stress brought by the educational system reform. Compared with urban teachers, the difficult teaching environment, the low wages and benefits, the number of examination and competitions, the ever-changing books and teaching methods, the lack of an effective teacher education and so on, caused China's teachers in the rural primary school to withstand the overweight working pressure. Occupied this kind of excess load for a long time, may initiate them to be burnout. At present, China's teacher burnout research is still in its early stage. Therefore, in the new period with people-oriented and building a harmonious society, performs the deep research to the rural primary school teachers burnout issues, has the very strong theoretical and practical significance regarding the teacher specialization development.It drew lessons from home and abroad about causes, feature, counter-measures of teacher burnout, objects were 425 teachers of Hanshan County , Anhui Province, took method of documentary, investigation and statistical analyze. Research found that the degree of the rural primary school teachers` job burnout was not much serious on the whole, while the degree of the emotional exhaustion and reduced personal accomplishment is more serious, already close to moderate; population statistics variables, such as age, teaching senority, marital status and title and so on , were important factors affect the teachers` job burnout; the different aspects of social support and cope style have the forecast function to the different dimensions of the teachers` job burnout. social support and cope style can adjust the teachers` job burnoutOn this basis, I propose that we should establish a social support network, and teachers should enhance the effectiveness of cope style, and conduct psychological self-regulation, so we can effectively prevent and solve teacher burnout in the rural primary school.
