In recent years,the news about teachers' corporal punishment has been frequently reported on the Internet media,which has attracted extensive attention from all sectors of society.However,such incidents are generally attributed to teachers' moral problems,and few people link it to teachers' mental health.The mental health of teachers is directly related to the mental health of students.Therefore,paying attention to teachers' mental health is of great significance to improving their own and students' mental health development level and promoting the harmonious development of society.To understand the mental health status of primary school teachers in D city,as well as the relationship between job burnout and social support and teachers' mental health.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 450 teachers in 21 public primary schools in D city,with 421 valid questionnaires.Starting from the teacher's mental health,understand the relationship between mental health,social support and burnout of primary school teachers,through ? The Measurement of Symptom Checklist SCL-90?,?Teacher Social Support Scale?and ?Teacher Burnout Scale ?.turn out:(1)There were significant differences in the total scores of teachers' mental health in D city in the demographic variables of re-selection,title,teaching age and marital status.(2)There were significant differences in the total score of teacher social support in city D,class size of demographic variables,reselection opportunity and reasons for being a teacher.(3)There are significant differences in the demographic variables of teacher burnout(class size,teacher age and teaching age,reasons for being a teacher,and re-selection)in city D.(4)There is no significant difference in the total score of mental health of primary school teachers in urban and rural areas of D city and its eight dimensions in regional scores,while the score of rural teachers in the dimension of psychosis is higher than that of county teachers,with significant difference.(5)There are also significant differences in the total social support scores of urban and rural primary school teachers in D city.The social support score of countyteachers is lower than that of rural teachers.(6)There is also a significant difference in the total score of occupational burnout of primary school teachers in D city.The occupational burnout score of county teachers is higher than that of rural teachers.(7)There is a significant correlation between mental health,social support and job burnout of primary school teachers in D city.There is a significant negative correlation between mental health and social support,and a significant positive correlation between social support and job burnout.(8)Social support,job burnout and teachers' psychological health are partly mediating.
