| Job burnout has huge impact on teachers’ daily life and workingefficiency. There are chinese and foreign reaserches already indicated thatjob burnout could occur more often on teachers than other jobs. In Erdos,we selected270primary school teachers to do questionnaire survey in thecity and the rural area respectively. We used Job Burnout Scale ofPrimary and Middle School Teachers and Social Support Rating Scale toanalyze. The research conclusion is as follows:(1) Generally speaking, In Erdos, the situation of the elementaryschool teachers’ job burnout is not serious.(2)In Erdos, teachers’ social support condition of elementaryschool is good.(3)In the difference comparison of gender, age, rural area or city,be or not the teacher in charge, taking major and minor subjects andtaking major, we find these factors show significant difference in jobburnout’s dimension and total score and social support’s dimension andtotal score.(4)According to the relevant analizes, reaserch approved thatthere is negative correlation between emotional breakdown and subjectsupportã€social support total score; Moreover, negative correlation alsoexisted between inhumanity and objective support; Cognizanceexhaustion is largely correlated to objective support subject support in theopposite way; In contrast, the correlation between the decreasing of thesense of self-achievement. And each dimension of society support andit’s total score is not notable; Job burnout is negatively related to societysupport and it’s total score.(5)The results of regression analysis show the dimension of social support can predict total score of job burnout in negative direction.Based on the reseach, elementary school’s teachers’ social supportcould affect their job burnout degree. In reality, we could increase theirsocial support to prevent the job burnout. |
