View of Student is included in the concept of tutor in university and is an important part of it as well. The scientific view of student with correspond to the education law has a direct impact on educational behavior selection of tutor in university, the selection of educational methods, education process design and ultimate education effect. Moreover, it concerns the formation of establishment of new relation between teachers and students and the good educational atomosphere. Currently, problems rise in higher education ,such as being out of line between the teaching contents and the demands of students, teaching objective and the demand of the community talents target and the indifference on teacher-student relationship is mainly caused by the non-scientific teacher-student relationship besides the not-sound educational system objectively. As a result, establishing the current scientific view of student for tutor in university is a significant problem which requires to be resolved urgently. At present, the research on view of student is mainly focused on three aspects by the educational circles and educational practice workers: firstly, extensive research on construction of updated view of student on the special designated context of quality-oriented education; secondly, exploration on how to construct view of student which is suitable for the elementary and primary school according to the development disciplinary based on the elementary and primary educational practice; thirdly, explaination, rating and absorption on the traditional view of student, view of student abroad and lots of advanced education concept with positive and scientific attitude. However, there are not many systemetic and deeper exploration on what kind of view of student should tutor in university- a special educational worker hold according to the current trendency. Latitudely, on the relation between teachers and students, education circles focus on the construction of new teacher-student relationship,a research on two-way interpersonal ,but it's still lack of the recogniton, rating and inflence of students by tutors in university. This essay tries to start with probing into the view of student of tutor in university, through a systemitic analysis and demonstration on chracterisic, meaning, bacis contents, theory and procedure to achieve of view of student, it tells the viewpoints the tutor in university should hold to the college students and summarize the education concept transformation of university tutor, the emphasis of self-morality and details for new teacher-student relationship, hope it would be beneficial to students's cultivation for the contemporary higher education.There are four parts in this essay:First section: Expound the definition, features and actual sense of university tutor view of studentSecond section: Construct the basic contents about view of student, including student group view, student distinction view, student profession view and student practice view.Third section: Concrete expound theory basis and actual basis for establishing tutor univerisity view of student.Fourth section: Explore the realization methods of view of student.
