In order to better promote the development of the comprehensive quality of primary and secondary school students,in 2001,the Ministry of education published the "Basic Education Curriculum Reform Outline(Trial)",which declared that the comprehensive practical activity curriculum should be set up as compulsory course for primary and secondary school students.In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the “Guiding Outline of Practical Activities” in primary and secondary schools.At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed that education should build morality and cultivate talents,and pay more and more attention to the all-round development of students.The comprehensive practice base for primary and secondary schools is the main place for students to carry out practical activities.Quality development training is a course in practical activities.As a new experiential learning teaching model,it takes physical activities as a carrier and aims at perfecting personality.,Pay attention to the development of students' physical and mental qualities,the way of their own experience expands the time and space of physical education,and to a certain extent makes up for the lack of school physical education in the school to cultivate students' comprehensive quality.So how is the quality development training implemented in practice activities? How about the quality development teachers in the comprehensive practice base of primary and secondary schools? How about the quality development site facilities of the practice base? Can the quality development training exert its maximum effect in practice activities? Can students get the body? Quality and psychological quality training? It is worth studying in depth.This paper takes the comprehensive practice base of primary and secondary schools named by Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of education as the object of investigation,and uses the methods of literature,field investigation,investigation,mathematical statistics,logic and other research methods to implement the comprehensive practice base of primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou from the aspects of the general situation of the establishment of practice base,the situation of teachers,the current situation of quality development training courses,and the satisfaction of the implementation of quality expansion training The results show that:1.The geographical location of the five practice bases is remote.The capital of Xinzheng base comes from the financial and political office,and the capital sources of private enterprises are wide.The teaching staff of the bases is young,and most of the education is concentrated in the undergraduate and junior college education.There is no high education expansion teachers,and the type of work is mainly full-time.Xinzheng base which is directly under the Education Bureau,has a large number of development and training teachers,some of which are under great pressure.Because of the unclear promotion space,the mobility is large.2.The quality development training curriculum plan of the practice base is formulated under the overall curriculum plan of the practice activities.The curriculum objectives are basically the same and the curriculum contents have their own characteristics,which provides sufficient security guarantees.3.The majority of students and the head teacher of the team think that the quality development training courses are very reasonable,while most of the quality development training teachers say that they are more reasonable.Most class teachers are very satisfied with the promotion of students' communication,willpower,and sense of solidarity and cooperation,while most quality development training teachers are more satisfied with the ability to promote students' communication,problem solving,and positive thinking.Most students and class teachers are very satisfied with the teaching attitude,safety protection ability and adaptability of quality development training teachers.Half of the students were satisfied with the site facilities of the base,and most students were very satisfied with the security of the base.4.There is consistency in the evaluation of teachers' teaching in the five bases.There are obvious differences in the form of curriculum content,the requirements for in-service training of quality expansion teachers,the characteristics of the base itself,the strength of teachers,and the emphasis of leaders on the implementation of quality expansion training.5.In view of the existing problems,the five bases should improve the curriculum structure,improve the quality,expand the enthusiasm of teachers,maximize the rational use of resources,enhance the sense of responsibility of the class teacher,introduce high-quality talents,and strengthen the training of existing teachers.Curriculum projects conducive to the comprehensive development of physical and mental qualities to promote the practice base to better implement quality expansion training.
