Higher vocational education provides important talents for socialist harmonious society, which first needs the harmony of interpersonal relationship. We develop higher vocational education; especially pay more attention to the education about the harmonious interpersonal relationship. Nowadays, inharmonic has been a serious problem in higher vocational colleges, where we train persons necessary for the harmonious society. The education of college students'interpersonal relationship which becomes more and more important has aroused increasing attention. It has been a vital subject in education about students'ideology and politics to strengthen the harmonious interpersonal relationship in higher vocational colleges. This article gave a systematically research here.The text used a comprehensive research guiding with Marxist Theory, drawing lessons from the results of ethics, psychology, education and so on, consisting of many methods, such as practice research and theories analyzing, educational theories and practice, dividing and generalizing etc, trying to make the research scientific and creative. The text told the significances of this education with the theories of harmony person-oriented, whole-life education, full-development, scientifically-developing etc, analyzed deeply the problems and reasons, suggested the principles and ways to practice. The text illustrated from the following three aspects:The first part:Scientifically defined the meanings of interpersonal relationship and college students'interpersonal relationship, the contents of harmonious interpersonal relationship and education; analyzed the necessity and importance. The second part:Concretely set forth the problems resulted in educational and teaching contents, teaching methods, analyzed the main reasons from the environment, education management and college students own factors. The third part:Put forward six principles to practice the education: generality and particularity, reality and ideality, theories and practice, collectivism, equality, person-oriented; inquired into concrete ways to practice from strengthening the"two subjects"teaching, permeating the major subjects teaching, penetrating the student management, materializing the campus culture, deepen the social events, improving the teachers'self-cultivation and the students'self-education, exceeding families and social environment etc.
