Content : The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic education are lotion ship,it plays important role for effective teaching and the students growth,the search on it has always be one of critical parts in education research area. But before the study mainly aims at the elementary and middle school,the research achievement on the relationship between university teachers and students is few regardless of human overseas. Today's society, higher vocational education as a branch of higher education are showing a growing trend at the same time , higher vocational education in the teacher-student relationship has encountered new problems,a disharmonious situation. How to resolve contradictions,teachers and students build a harmonious,vocational college is one of the issues to be resolved,but access to information,relevant research is less of less.In building a harmonious society today,higher vocational institutions of higher learning institutions as an important component of the Institutions of higher learning,should reflect the essential characteristics of the university of socialism. Vocational college as a core role of teachers and students,should show their relationship to democracy,equality,understanding,trust and cooperation. Therefore,how to build higher vocational institutions and harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and adopted innovative ways to achieve the study is a very significant issue. Therefore the research on the relationship between university teachers and students is signifying can topic.The study consists of five parts. The first part is introduction; it explains the questions related the research including the research background, research significance, and research goal and research guideline and relationship between teachers and students, harmonious relationship between teacher and students and other basic concepts of interpretation. The second part, in the literature research, surveys, and practice on the basis of the current perspective of China's vocational college students and teachers of disharmony, such as: lack of teacher-student interaction, utilitarian higher vocational education, the teaching process simplification, formal ideological education, teacher-student contradiction diversified, and the school factors (vocational college enrollment expansion of the constraints of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students of higher education spending and the harmonious relationship between teachers and students of the weakening, to evaluate the system to a harmonious relationship between teachers and students the shackles), teacher factors (traditional educational idea of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students of the interference, lack of education and teaching ability of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students of the obstacles, lack of personal charm of a harmonious relationship between the teachers and students), students factors (students of diverse values of changing the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, self-awareness of the impact of the strengthening of harmonious relationship between teachers and students, responsibility, challenge the imbalance in the relationship between teachers and students in harmony) three aspects of the impact of the reasons for the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. The third part, to higher vocational institutions building of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students of the goal - building democracy, equality, understanding, trust and cooperation between teachers and students of the new system. That is, teaching students and teachers build democracy, democratic management and democratic exchanges between teachers and students of democracy; construction of the personality of equality between teachers and students, exchange of equality and equal status of the academic equal relationship between teachers and students; construction of the spiritual level, building process, and self - mutual understanding of the characteristics of mutual understanding between the teachers and students; Construction of love as a starting point, to emotional exchanges as the basis, two-way interactive way for the mutual trust between the teacher-student relationship; construction of a guide to explore the basis for dialogue with the media, by consensus sharing of mutual cooperation for the purpose of the teacher-student relationship. The fourth part, construction of the system from the content point of view, higher vocational institutions to the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students new ways. First, the relationship between education and teaching innovation, teachers play the initiative and according to different situations of different education, students play the main body, and achieve a result of the study, teaching to play the pivot role and achieve a harmonious teaching. Second is psychological feelings between innovation, to enhance their the level of awareness, training teachers professional feelings, respect for the care of students, create a harmonious atmosphere in the psychological, emotional deepening exchanges, enhance understanding and communication between teachers and students; Third, the interpersonal relationships of innovation, the establishment of a fair dialogue and exchanges between the platform build, expand exchanges between the channels and enrich exchanges, strengthen exchanges between the cognitive and deepen exchanges . The fourth is the moral responsibility of innovation, and outstanding ideological and political education, promote understanding, enhance personal cultivation, improving overall quality, and strengthen the system of constraint, and cultivating moral conduct develops. The fifth, organization and management the relationship between innovation, adjust management direction, from a control model to a service-oriented management of change and optimize the management, completed by the experience of management changes to the system of management, positioning the focus of management, implementation of management from conventional to the humane management of change .The sixth awareness of the relationship between the main innovation, clearly dominant position, and strengthen the main inter-awareness, awareness of changes in the main, a student-centered thinking, the main innovation cognitive thinking, teachers and students identified the modern concept of education.
