With the continuous enrollment expansion of Higher Vocational Colleges in our country, the relationship between teachers and students has become an important part of Higher Vocational Colleges and even the current social relations. The relationship between teachers and students is that in this particular environment, teachers and students in the teaching process of mutual communication and contact, is the most basic relationship. The duty of higher vocational colleges is not only to impart knowledge and learning, but also to train highly qualified talents for the society. The establishment of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges is not only helpful to the students' learning, physical and mental development and the quality of school education and teaching, but also has a great effect on the competitiveness of the school itself.This paper selects the first national demonstration colleges of Yangling Vocational and Technical College as the research object, analyzing through the questionnaire data of Yangling Vocational and Technical College teachers and students as well as for teachers and students to obtain visits to understand first-hand information: the relationship between teachers and students lack of communication, lack of sense of identity exists in such as, students respect and understanding of the teacher is not enough, the problem of teachers their quality is not high, lack of education idea. This paper argues that the main cause of Yangling Vocational and Technical College disharmonious problems of teacher-student relationship are: Students' participation consciousness is not strong, not actively cooperate with the teachers to carry out teaching activities; students are not set up learning concept, learning to play the enthusiasm and creativity of students; to respect, understand and trust of teachers; teachers' own quality is not high, the traditional concept of education strong; higher vocational education system, the evaluation system is not perfect.Aiming at the existing problems, based on the analysis of the reasons on the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the objectives and principles, to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges include: building "create" teacher-student relationship and interactive relationship between teachers and students, "partnership" between teachers and students. Principles include: democracy, equality, respect for understanding, mutual cooperation, etc.. Based on the above, combined with my work in Yangling Vocational and Technical College for many years engaged in management experience, summed up a specific strategy of constructing the harmonious teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges, hoping to solve the current problems of higher vocational colleges is not harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and achieve mutual harmony and mutual promotion purposes.
