The education quality of university depends on the teachers' effort, and they are requested to concentrate on the education with enthusiasm as their ideological pillar. The continuous social transformation has been affecting the educational system and the teachers too much, and the vocational pressure of the teachers is increasing, which would make passive affection and result in vocational lassitude gradually, and this is the common problem in the course of reforming the educational system presently in our nation. The lassitude manifesting on the dimensions of the physiology, psychology, behavior of the teachers and the individual achievement, would make an passive affection not only on the teachers, but also on the teaching.This article will investigate the vocational lassitude and delivery pressure with "the questionnaire of vocational experience" and "the table about the delivery pressure of the university teachers". The vocational lassitude includes emotional exhaustion, de-personality and individual achievement, and the delivery pressure comprised of vocation insurance, working insurance, interpersonal relationship, work load, and work enthusiasm. At first, we will compare and investigate whether there is a significant deviation on the every dimension of the vocational lassitude and delivery between the teachers with different sexuality, age, length of service, duty, academic career, professional title, and marriage state. Then, we will research the factors influence the vocational lassitude and the delivery pressure, and the prognostication to the vocational lassitude, which is accord to the delivery pressure. Through the analysis of the average contrast, the analysis of variance and regression analysis, and so on, we could draw the conclusions as follow:Firstly, vocational lassitude of college teachers is manifesting the tendency of low level in emotional exhaustion, high level in de-personality, and low level in the sense of individual achievement.Secondly, the different sexuality, length of service, and academic career will influence on the vocational lassitude significantly. On the dimension of de-personality and whole the vocational lassitude. The score of the women is higher than that of the men, and the women is easier to manifest de-personality and lassitude than the men. There is a significant deviation between the teachers with different length of service on the dimension of de-personality, and the more long service, the more de-personality works. The difference is significant on the dimension of de-personality between the teachers serviced more than 15 years and that serviced not more 10 years or 5-10 years, but it is not significant between the latter groups. There is not significant deviation between the group of 10-15 years and that of 5-10 years, not more than 5 years or more than 15 years. The level of de-personality of the teachers serviced not more than 5 years is a little higher than the groups of 5-10 years, which shows the tendency of ascending at first, descending a little later, and ascending gradually at last. There is a significant deviation between the different professional background on the dimension of de-personality, and the sore of the groups with bachelor's degree or doctor degree is higher than that with master degree.Thirdly, the factors influencing the delivery pressure of college teachers could be made the turns as follow: work load>working passion >teaching insurance>vocational insurance>interpersonal relationship.Fourthly, the different duty and academic career have significant deviation on the dimension of delivery pressure. The results of investigation show that the group of teaching and researching score higher than that of managing. The group with undergraduate degree scores the highest, and the next turn is as follow: the masters>the g bachelors >the doctors.Lastly, the delivery pressure has much to do with the vocational lassitude, which could anticipate the vocational lassitude wholly, and so did the emotional exhausting, de-personality efficiently, and the sense of individual achievement. In a word, to relive the delivery pressure is the efficient way to treat vocational lassitude.
