Private higher vocational colleges are one of the main channels of talent training.They can train a large number of professionals for the society.This study mainly TX non-governmental higher vocational school teachers' stress management as a case,to run by the local higher vocational school teachers as the main research object,the source of pressure and stress management as the theoretical basis of this study,and USES the questionnaire survey analysis of the acquired data,aimed at from the perspective of pressure source TX non-governmental higher vocational school teachers' current stress management,and analyses the problems exist in stress management,eventually to pressure source of three aspects as the analysis framework to improve the TX non-governmental higher vocational school teachers stress management countermeasures and Suggestions.This research adopts three aspects of stress sources as an analytical framework,namely,the society,the college and the individual.TX private vocational colleges:low social recognition,fear of unemployment,high pressure of mortgage,difficulty in subject application and few opportunities for training and promotion;Heavy teaching tasks,tense relationship with colleagues,less opportunities for promotion,non-standard college system,high professional title evaluation conditions;Degree crisis,high self-demand,students are not easy to educate and manage,lack of sleep,monotonous work and so on.Among them,TX private higher vocational colleges teachers' stress management countermeasures include social(national)suggestions:improve the status and treatment of private higher vocational colleges teachers,put forward reasonable expectations and requirements for private higher vocational colleges teachers;Suggestions from the school level are as follows: make reasonable teachers' work plan,create harmonious interpersonal relationship atmosphere,establish incentive mechanism for education promotion,establish standard professional title evaluation system,carry out multi-channel teacher training,and provide multi-channel promotion channels;At the personal level,suggestions are as follows: cultivate the ability of stress assessment,stress coping and professional accomplishment.By analyzing the present situation and problems of teacher pressure management in TX private higher vocational colleges,we can make clear the hidden expectation of teacher pressure management in private higher vocational colleges.At the same time,putting forward effective pressure management measures can further improve the pressure management system of teachers in private higher vocational colleges,so as to better explore the potential of teachers in private higher vocational colleges and promote the rapid development of private higher vocational colleges.
