Vocational Schools E-school Programming Model Study

In March, 2003,in the proclamation of "guidelines on construction of educational electronical affair", the education ministry put forward that it was a significant task to firmly expedite the construction of electronical affair management system in educational administrative office and colleges, to transfer the function of educational administrative office and colleges,transform the service style, improve the efficiency, and finally establish a new educational administrative mechanics with high efficiency, harmonic running and formal conduction.On 28th May, 2005, the State Council released " Resolution on firmly developing vocational education", which emphasized that governments on different levels shall implement the scientific developing conception to accelerate the vocational education healthily. It also set the goal that, till 2010, the recruitment scale of vocational education would be the same as that of the high schools, and this scale take up 50% above of the scale of higher education recruitment, thus, the development of electronical affair management in secondary vocational education was written in educational development agenda.It is a big problem that how to make the electronical affair management in secondary vocational education conform to its developing strategy, especially under the condition of poor hardware infrastructure, few money for administration and weak faculty strength. In this paper, the electronical affair management system is not only regarded as a tool of improving efficiency of college administration, but also a method to assemble all the college internal resource and help college arrive at its strategic goal. SWOT, CSF, QFD etc tools will be used to resolve the model on programming electronical affair management, and to ensure this programming conforms to the college developing strategy.Chapter one, introduction, to introduce the background of electrical school affairs plan research of secondary vocational school, as well as the present situation and the significance of this research, and to explain the research mentality of this dissertation. Chapter two, introduction to the theories and the methods related to the electrical school affairs plan research of secondary vocational school.Chapter three, analysis of the condition and the problems of electrical school affairs plan of secondary vocational school, to be clear about the characteristics of electrical school affairs plan of secondary vocational school.Chapter four, combined with the basic duty of secondary vocational school, to propose an electrical school affairs plan model of secondary vocational school according to the actual situation of secondary vocational school.Chapter five, application of the electrical school affairs plan model of secondary vocational school, to carry on the plan model application according to the actual situation of Sichuan industry trade school.
