With developing of techniques and sciences,higher requirement was put forward to skilled talents for modern corporations,operation in company steps into comprehensive times with processes oriented.Current vocational school should train a skilled and posts talent in order to occupy a place in fierce market competition.It is found recent secondary vocational school is poor in mode of teaching,resources of teachers& facility building and combination of theory with practice etc,it isn't good for improving students' skills and finally can not meet requirement of companies' vocational related to technical posts.Basis on current status,the purpose of my thesis is to apply the curriculum model based on "work process systematization" in vocational training courses.The first chapter mainly introduces the background &purpose and significance of the thesis,the definition of related conceptions,theoretical basis and some specific issues of the research.The second chapter is mainly told about investigation of current practical training status for secondary vocational major.Getting from survey it is found that Students prefers to a studying style of autonomous learning with teachers assisting,the need of teachers' ability of organization,practical and solving problems is increasing,higher requirement of practical actions workshop is continually,they hope improve their professional ability which is complied with job requirements.Skilled talents need ability of innovation and solving actual problems,so it is very important to develop systemically studying process of “working process”.The third chapter is mainly told about the research of systemically working process when introducing into mechanical and electrical major,determined systemic designing principle,analyzing detailed processing steps for symmetrical working process program.The fourth chapter takes an example of vocational education center in S city to introduce detailed steps for systematic working processes majoring in electrical skills practical training course:define tasks,plan,determination,implementation,feedback,assessment and record.Implementation of systemic working process makes content of course,teaching environment,teaching target,resources and assessing standard integrated,improving students' operating skills level and their vocational ability.It is fully proved that curriculum style basis on symmetrical working process is complied with current job requirement.The fifth chapter summarized all of thesis,attempts that my study can provide a valuable reference of related courses to other secondary vocational schools.
