《People's Republic of China Private Education Promotion Law》provides that private education is a part of the country common weal project and the socialism education. Private school is also the cradle cultivating students and the base transporting person of ability to the society. What is the quality of private education not only affect their own development but also affect our overall development of the cause of education. So we all should be concerned about private education and offer some good suggestion about it. But so far, few experts or scholars have done a systematic and comprehensive study on private secondary education teaching. Based on this, this paper to cultivate private secondary school students studying chemistry initiatively is elected to conduct research in the field, hoping to optimize the private school chemistry teaching helpful and facilitating role.The paper is divided into five parts. Introduction and the first is the problem raised.Private secondary schools on the nurturing students studying chemistry initiatively is the need of fostering the ability of students, the guarantee of enhancing the teaching efficiency , the require of inspiring the students'potential. In the survey, on the basis of private secondary school students to learn the status of chemical and private secondary school teachers in the teaching of chemical status of the more in-depth analysis, then pointed out the purpose and significance of this study.The second part is about the theoretical basis. It mostly is involved the theory of human, "Mastery Learning" theory, constructivism learning theory, the new《chemistry curriculum standards》. these theories to explore to train private secondary school students studying chemical initiatively has provided theoretical support. Namely education students should follow the people-oriented principle and, in particular, in the new context of the curriculum standards, based on Mastery Learning theory, constructivism learning concept, and Change in students learning and train the students to study chemical initiatively.The third part is the research on training private secondary school students study initiatively. With a specific analysis of private secondary school students on the study characteristics, the chemical characteristics of the study subjects as well as the private secondary school students active learning relevant factors, the main active learning chemical characteristics is summarized: positive thinking, a courageous, and bold innovation and diligent. And we get five principles for training private secondary schools students to learn chemistry actively, namely the question principals, require principals, otherness principals, motivation principals and multi-appraise principals.The fourth part is studied on practice. This part of the main teaching practice descried described in the process of training students on the theme of learning initiative from the teachers teaching strategies, students learn strategies, evaluation methods of learning, teachers on the education of students in four ways. A teaching practice has been fairly satisfied with the teaching effect.For the final conclusions is studied. On one hand, this study done a brief summary, further elaborated on the purpose and significance of the same time, a reflection of the potential existence of the problem on the other hand, called on more people are concerned about private education, private education research. The last part is the conclusion. On the one hand, this study simply summarizes the purpose and meaning, while it points out the problems in the investigation; on the other hand it calls on more and more people are concerned about private education, private education research.
