At the conclusion of the National Conference on Vocational Education,General Secretary Xi Jinping gave important instructions: the Vocational Education has a bright future in its new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all round way.This is another time that General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed the “Great potential”of vocational education.It is obvious that the general secretary has always attached great importance to the development of vocational education.Vocational Education is an important part of China’s education system and the main position for training applied and technical talents.The hundreds of millions of high-quality workers,whether in secondary vocational schools,higher vocational schools or undergraduate vocational education,have practiced the spirit of model worker,worker and craftsman in their respective jobs,we should encourage more young workers to become skilled workers and become skilled powers.However,with the development of the vocational education,the number of students is increasing,while the number of teachers is decreasing.Today,there is fierce competition among secondary vocational schools,a stable,well-structured and high-quality teaching staff is of great importance to the development of the school.However,for private secondary vocational schools,the loss of teachers has had a negative impact that can not be ignored,so it is urgent to solve the problem of teacher loss.In this paper,10 private secondary vocational schools in Dalian were selected as the main investigation objects,using literature research and empirical analysis to analyze,summed up the current situation of private secondary vocational school teachers,and the use of SPSS software for teacher satisfaction and teacher turnover rate to do the relevant analysis,from the social,school,personal reasons for teacher turnover,in order to come up with solutions.Draw the following conclusions: In the community to strengthen the support and support for private secondary vocational schools,improve the social status of teachers;in school,improve the welfare of teachers,give teachers sufficient development space in their career,pay more attention to the growth of teachers in their feelings to strengthen management;improve the professional level of teaching and adjust the positive attitude in personal aspect,throw yourself into your work with great enthusiasm.Through the above three aspects to reduce the loss of teachers and stabilize the development of the teaching force.
