The mobility of private education teachers leads to the lack of sustainability in teaching,which has a negative impact on students' education/teaching quality and the healthy development of private education.This paper conducts research on the relatively large mobility of private teachers in dongguan.It mainly focuses on the willingness of teacher mobility,the destination of teacher mobility,and the causes of teacher mobility.This paper USES questionnaire and literature to carry out research.Through the research of this paper,it is found that teachers in private primary and secondary schools in dongguan city have strong mobility intention on the whole,and many teachers express that they prefer to go to public primary schools or to primary schools with better conditions.At present,the main factors affecting the movement of private teachers are low level of welfare and salary and high working pressure.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the flows of private elementary and secondary school teachers in dongguan city,this paper discusses and analyzes the specific measures to improve the flow of private elementary and secondary school teachers in dongguan city,and makes detailed countermeasures analysis from school management,government law,society and teachers themselves.It is hoped that the study in this paper will have a positive impact and help to improve the current situation of private primary and secondary school teachers in dongguan and reduce their mobility.The research of this subject is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which studies and discusses the research background,research purpose,significance and status quo of teacher mobility.The second part of the paper analyzes and elaborates the relevant concepts and theories involved in this paper,such as relevant concepts such as teacher management,teacher mobility and private primary and secondary schools,as well as relevant theories such as human resource management theory,social mobility theory and so on.In the third part of the paper,the author analyzed the results of the survey on the flow of teachers in the private primary and secondary schools in dongguan city,and analyzed the object,process and results of the survey,such as the flow intention,the flow direction and the reasons of the flow of teachers in the private primary and secondary schools in dongguan city.The fourth part of the thesis is to analyze the factors influencing the flows of private elementary and secondary schools in dongguan,from the social aspects.National education administrative department,private teaching management and teachers themselves factors and other four aspects of analysis and discussion.In the fifth part,based on the survey results of the private elementary and secondary school teachers:in dongguan city,the paper analyzes the relevant countermeasures to improve the flow of private elementary and secondary school teachers in dongguan city.
