The course reformation of the Moral Education in junior high school is a great educational reformation, which involves all the aspects, such as the concept, the principals, the contents, the structure, the methods, the evaluation and the management.According to philosophy, the M.E. in junior high school is an apparent course, which covers the intellectual education. When we give the course of moral obligation, legal system, social responsibility, the patriotism, and the mental health, we can also improve students'abilities in thinking, creativity, analysis discovering and solving the problem at the same time.The creative training from the M.E. lessons is also needed in other related subjects. But the long-term traditional"infusion-type"made the M.E. lessons become a "preachment lesson" unconsciously.How to make the lessons closer to the realism, to the society and to the life? How to show the individualized teaching during the M.E. lessons? How to cultivate the ability of thinking and creativity?Maybe we can find a direction from some western advanced educational principals and theories. The students should not only understand what they learn, redisplay the knowledge in their brain, but also develop their own abilities of thinking and creativities as well.As what is stated above, the main purpose of course reformation is to improve students'abilities in thinking, creativity, analysis discovering and solving the problem at the same time. The discourse tries to start with the application of Question Teaching Method in the M.E. course in junior high school, using the theories and the environment of constructivism for reference, and carry out some important practices and research. And the discourse also discusses about the connotation which Question Teaching Method contains, and analyze the characteristic and important meaning in M.E. teaching. Combining with the practice, I discourse on the effect of the teaching way, and try to make some discovery on the teaching way which is suitable for the Second Round School Curriculum, in order to provide some exercisable academic and practical proof to the M.E. teaching in junior high school.
