As the current fundamental education system of our country does not meet the demand of nowadays development, moral course must carry on the corresponding reform too. So the reform of moral education in classroom is paid close attention as one important component of moral education course reform.The first part of this subject is based on the background of new course reform, also analyses the key idea of the new course—"for every student's development". On this basis it has probed into the trend of the moral course reform under the new course condition. Moral course should be changed from knowing moral to life moral, from static moral to dynamic moral, from teaching to learning.The second part of this subject proceeds from universal law of student's moral concept forming process, regarding the students, situation and activities as the center. It has announced the moral teaching view under the new course condition on this basis: Moral teaching is the unity of the course transmitting and course creating, moral cognition and moral development, education conclusion and education process, attention to subject students themselves.The third part of focal points of this subject is the construction of moral education in class under the condition of new curriculum. It based on the following three points: the mode and method of moral education in class, the course and management of moral education in class and the evaluation of moral education in class. According to the idea of the moral education in class, it is important to fully respect students' morals entity. We can enhance students' development and quality of morality through the way of structuring a individualized and opening teaching modes, advocating an experiencing and exploring teaching method, implementing a personality classroom management and setting up an expansionary teaching evaluation.
