Miyun County, Primary And Secondary School Teachers Teaching Resource Requirements Research

Education informatization means the process of promoting education reform and development with modern information technology and abundant information-based resources, which is in the education field, based on the construction of the essential hardware. Among them, the construction of educational resources is a core part. With the construction of "school in the school" engineering and continuous improvement of hardware, application of education informatization becomes an initial mission and the construction of educational resources becomes the problem which is urgent to be resolved. For integrating the educational resources of my county and transporting good educational resources to mountain village schools, MiYun county put forward the plan of constructing the distributed resources database, and completed the management system successfully in 2007, but which is just a little step. How to construct superior resources to service for teaching according with teachers' needs is a more important problem.The new courses reforming needs to embody the resources of course reform logos, teacher's professional development needs to match the teacher's professional level. So, what kind of resources does the teacher need actually? How to meet the teacher's actual requirements? These become the initial problems we are facing.After investigating the present situation of resources construction of Miyun county' schools and the resources demands of teachers, I apply the literature analysis method, questionnaire survey method, interviewing method and educational statistic method, analyze the problems of the resources construction, and put forward my own suggestion to the improvement of construction in this paper.
