Teachers' educational technology ability is the important measures to improve their own information attainment and to promote the educational information, but there are also many problems in construction and using of training resources. Therefore, based on the education actuality of the middle school of Jilin province, through the accurate questionnaire of the actual conditions and demand of teachers' educational technology ability construction, this essay summarizes the main problems of the resources construction and raise three strategies in solving these problems. All of these have important significance in improving the current educational technology training, and optimizing the training resources and enhancing the training quality. This essay mainly unfolds the following five aspects:The first chapter is a summary of research, including purpose and significance, methods, ideas, theoretical basis,research status and so on.The second chapter analyzes the status of educational technology training resources. Using the survey research method, the status of training resources are researched from two dimensions of the status of building and application. On this basis, summarize the main problems of the resources construction.The third chapter analyzes the requirements of educational technology training resources. Through the questionnaire, which is to get the educational technology training resource requirements of the middle school teachers, analyzes their resource requirements of similarities and differences, tendencies, characteristics and so on.The fourth chapter is based on the above research, proposed the improvement strategies of Educational Technology Training Resources, from three dimensions of designing the practical resources, constructing the resource library and paying attention to human resources.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the study and reflection.
