Along with the deepening of present educational reformation and the rising voice for promoting the Teacher Professional Development (TPD), teacher cooperation has become one of the central topics. A great many researchers have contributed their efforts to this field, for example, some researchers probe into the question from the perspectives of culture and organization; some aim at demonstrating the relationship between teacher cooperation and teacher professional development; others discuss the strategies and possible way of it, etc. These researches have already have some effects on the practice of teacher cooperating in the school.Based on these studies, the researcher makes her point through a typical case study on a rural school in the north of Zhejiang Province. Multiple methods of data collection, including interview, field observing and collecting documents, were adopted in this qualitative study. All the interview records were transcribed and read repeatedly along with field notes and documents. Themes, comments and ideas emerging during this period were written down and acted as guidelines for further data-analysis. At last, the themes were categorized and sequenced into the final report.This dissertation is composed of four parts. (1) Phenomenon description. Analyze the collected data and present them from different dimensionality of organization, regulation, content, individual and so on. (2) Analysis. Combined with the school background, analyze the phenomenon of cooperation with different methods such as discourse analysis. Make hermeneutic analysis about individual's behavior from different aspects including their personal experience. (3) Grounded theory. Emerge grounded theory via analysis. For example, the cooperation principles including that using euphemism when make suggestions, etc. (4) Problem and proposal. In the end, discuss some problems such as the tropism and goal for cooperation and form of cooperation. The researcher believes that colleagues should pay more attention to the teachers' development, as well as the work task itself, etc.
