The rural education is an important part of the Chinese education enterprise.The rural education must be put on the first place when we are building the wealth society. Since we carried out the reformation and open-door policy, though the rural education has changed a lot in China, the feeble condition of the rural education has not improved in a whole and the differences between the ruraleducation and the city education have became more and more obvious.Accelerating the development of the rural education is a tactic demand to construct a harmonious society and to promote the development between the city and the rural area in line.The teachers are the first resource of the education. One of the key approach to develop the rural education is to seek for a effective way to promote the the development of the teachers specialization in rural area so as to improve the quality of the teachers in rural education in a whole. The teachers in rural area are still in lower qualities in the whole Chinese teachers for the shortage in quantity ,their lower first degrees ,their unreasonable frameworks of their knowledge and subjects, their shortage of the resource for training and the limited opportunities for training and their lower degrees of the teachers specialization. The above factors are restricting the development of the rural education. This paper tries to demonstrate that it is an effective approach to present the point "school based in service training "to promote the development of the teachers' specialization in rural area by realising the actuality of the development of the teachers specialization in rural area ,analyzing the main problems affecting the development of the teachers' specialization in rural area and the causes and to make a systematic statement in rule construction ,resource exploitation ,approach and so on .It is an important task nowadays to seek for an effective and practical approach to promote the development of the teachers specialization to improve their qualities in a whole in order to accelerate the development of the rural education and the banlance of education in city and countryside, which will take on an significance intheoretics and practice. |
