With the development of the New Curriculum Reformation of Compulsory Education and the in-depth study of educational practice and theory, traditional teacher's authority has been confronted with some challenge. The study of teacher's authority has been becoming a core issue and difficulty that educational and teaching research focus on. Middle school stage is just a key period for teenagers to shape and develop its cognition, emotion, attitude and value with a rapid speed. In this period, their consciousness of independence has been strengthened, while their dependence and obedience upon the teachers are weakened. Constructing a new-style of teacher's authority can be helpful to form democratic and harmonious relationship between students and teachers, and it can be also helpful to accelerate the process of the New Curriculum Reformation of Compulsory Education, finally to realize their common development. So it has more practical significance to focus on and explore the issue of teacher's authority of middle school based on the New Curriculum Reformation of Compulsory Education.
