| In the classroom, students' learning is happening in a relatively stable psychological environment. Good psychological environment can enhance learning, while bad psychological environment is a stumbling block for learning. Therefore, the effectiveness of student learning process depends largely on the psychological study environment, and different teaching programs will have different learning psychological environment. Accordingly, author suggested that the research on teaching designs should be focus on optimizing the learning psychological environment of learning-poor students. The thesis includes four parts. Part I is about "problem arising and its significance". In this part, the problem from current teaching practice was described, that is ignoring students learning psychology, and at the same time students learning psychology affects deeply their learning effects. So it is necessary to discuss this problem. Part II is mainly about the theoretical basis for teaching design. This part is focused on constructivist learning theory and the guidance of teaching theory to instructional design. Part III is about the practical research of instructional design. Firstly, we investigated the status of chemical study of students from Yanziji high school and their psychological environment of learning. Secondly, we selected the research targets, applied the psychological principles and considered the cognitive features of research targets to do teaching design. Then we evaluated the effectiveness of teaching design on optimizing the learning psychological environment of learning-poor students through observing the students' behavior in the classroom, operating attitude, individual talks, examination results, and other aspects. Part IV is about evaluation and reflection. This part we evaluated the feasibility, necessity and effectiveness of the research results. And we also reflected upon the problems those should be solved and pay attention to in the course of the research. |
