Since the IT curriculum has been opened, "the skill training" and "the technology desalinates" questions are continuously. It brings big puzzle for the classroom instruction. Investigates its reason, mainly is by to the information technology knew insufficiently profound, the curriculum Localization not clear .The essential characteristic of the IT curriculum decides that , as the curriculum two kinds of attributes, Information activity and the technical application should affect and support mutually to the curriculum constructs throughout. If the dual attribute of the curriculum is clearly recognized it will be extremely Significant to the understanding of curriculum and the instruction of teaching.Combing the formerly research, it is discovered that, the IT curriculum's double main body view as well as the curriculum's culture changed and other researches all upholstery the rationale for the opinion that we should pay equal attention to the information activity and the technical application .Received this spirit, the paper has carried on the analysis to the curriculum standard, the teaching material construction, and pointed out the information activity and the technical application should affect each link which constructed the curriculum latently. Along the research mentality that from the theory to the practice, the paper finally falls the foot to the curriculum teaching, on the base of analysis teaching case, curriculum content's characteristic, gathering in the kind of course content ,the paper divides the curriculum content into the knowledge stress class and the skill stress class.In view of two kinds of course content, the paper has constructed two kinds of the educational model which the information activities and the technical application are pained equal attention to. The models are constructed from the teacher behavior, the student behavior, the knowledge custom, and the technical custom dimensions. The knowledge stress class model makes information activity a master line guiding student's behavior; the technical application takes an auxiliary clue among alternation. The skill stress class mold emphasizes the technical application's body function; the information activity plays the role by certain links or the small active flow in the process which obtains to the technology. Two kinds of educational model both manifest the information activity and the technical application's mutual function and mutual Coordination, only the role they undertake in the different models is different.
