Facing the challenges and opportunities of Information society, the countries all over world have being integrated the information technology education content into their plans for education, which has become a luminous spot of the new century education development. Under the great effort of Ministry of Education and Community support, our country's information technology education obtained the swift and violent development. Now the current information technology class has become the required course. The Ministry of Education issues "the notice that popularizes information technology education about the elementary and middle schools", "the notice about to implement the school to school project in the elementary and middle schools" and "The guidelines outline of information technology course of the elementary and middle schools (implementation)" three important documents to symbolize our country information technology education comprehensive expansion. Under this kind of situation, current research already by far could not satisfy the practice to the information technology classroom's request. This research from educational model's angle, through analyzing the questions which exists to the skill curriculum's teaching, summarizes the existing research results and the experience. Using document study, method of inspection as well as action research,I have carried on the discussion to the high school skill curriculum's educational model. The article contains five parts:The first chapter, that is the introduction, elaborated this research's selected topic background, the selected topic goal, the significance, as well as the research methods.The second chapter is to introduce the core concept and correlation theories foundation. In this chapter, the independent study, the cooperation study and the duty actuation teaching's concept as well as the main point have been elaborated separately; Analyzed the theoretical foundation of duty actuation teaching, independent and cooperation study in the construction principle and quality education.In the third chapter, the author, combining the record of education internship, summarized several questions which exists in the skill curriculum teaching practice:(1) the teacher neglects the design of the practice operation content, which is difficult to arouse students'study enthusiasm; (2) duty's design lacks openness, which does not favor to the student individuality display and the innovation ability raise; (3) skill class's teaching implementation is monotonous, which is disadvantage to implement new ideas of the curricular reform.The fourth chapter is to integrate the duty actuation teaching and the independent-cooperation study, and has constructed the study educational model that is based on the duty independent-cooperation. The article explained that this model can be possible to make up the insufficiency of the tradition information technology skill class classroom in these respects:developing the student individuality, manifests independent, as well as raises student aspects and so on innovative spirit, cooperation exchange ability; further in detail elaborated this educational model's basic teaching process and the teaching strategy, and set the new request to the teachers and students relations.The fifth chapter, through with information technology teacher's the interflow and cooperation, has carried on the examination in reality using the motion methodology to this educational model. This practice research divides into two stages. The first stage was carried on the experiment to high one (13) the class in practice period, and the second stage continued to carry on the track experiment to the original experimental class that is the present's high two (13) class now. The application result of this model was validated in the teaching practice, and summarized the existence question and adjusted promptly.The sixth chapter has summarized the positive achievement and the existence question of this research.
