The golden age of modernity is the environment of the universities and the university has become a sample of the modernity. Modernity affected the university through the management and institutions what affect as a carrier. So only through the institutions we can catch the modernity in the university,and seize the power headsteam of the academic misconduct.The management under the modernity make the chair in university become a quantitative posatition,the posation generate power through symbol,the formulable academic posation generate strong discipline power.
