Private Secondary School Boarders

Along with the development of private schools, "boarding schools" emerge as the times require. "Boarding school" is a kind of school that offers board condition for students and implements the management of whole sealing, which means it uses a pattern including both study and daily life of students. Due to the particularity of source of students, there are a lot of difficult problems existing in the management of present. In this paper, using N School as the on-the-spot study object, quoting large quantities fresh case, I analyze the causes of the problem from the aspects of psychology and management as well as practice and theory.Firstly I spread out the research from the angle of teachers in charge of the students' daily life, who play an important role in the management of boarding schools. I elaborate the working duty and the characteristic of this newly born occupation—they are "teachers who don't teach lessons". In boarding schools, these teachers undertake heavy duty, such as ideological education, mental health education, safety as well as life ability guidance. We can say, they play the role of there in all, a teacher, a mother and a friend. This troop is an important force of the school work of moral education. This paper deals with how to improve these teachers quality as well as how they can work effectively.This paper still introduces relevant strategies in dealing with the problem in management from other aspects, for example: How to strengthen dormitory cultural construction, how to promote domestic school cooperation, how to educate the yard students in-laws and how to strengthen safe management etc.Through the research of the management of this private school, I aim at presenting the true on-the-spot world of boarding system management, which may give hints and promote the management of private schools.
