It's a wide range and a large number in rural education.And the education level in rural areas is directly related to the cultivation of talents at all levels and the development of the whole educational cause.The rural boarding school in this paper refers to the primary and secondary schools with boarding students in the compulsory education stage of township,town and village,namely township boarding school.Rural boarding schools have become an important form of rural education,At the Third Session of 13th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on May 22,2020,Premier of the State Council,Li Keqiang gave the Report on the Work of the Government,in the section of"Promoting the equitable development and quality improvement of education",it was clearly proposed to strengthen the construction of boarding schools in villages and towns,so that educational resources can benefit all families and children.Before that,in the middle of the file on the No.1 Central Document,it also emphasized"improve the quality of rural education",it put the importance of the construction of rural boarding schools in the first place.At the national level,boarding schools in rural areas in improving the quality of rural education,promoting the education fair,in the process of rural boarding school development plays an important part of education development.Rural boarding schools mostly meet the needs of left-behind children in rural areas,which lays a solid foundation for serving poor groups in rural areas,consolidating and improving the popularization of compulsory education in rural areas and winning the battle against poverty in rural education.From the school level,rural boarding schools not only need to take the responsibility of students'learning,but also shoulder the responsibility of students'clothing,food,housing,transportation and psychological aspects.Therefore,it is of great significance for us to run rural boarding schools well.This research aims to research boarding junior middle school student management aspects,through the investigation of the students'daily in the school situation,from the viewpoints of ideological and political education,learning,life,safety and health of body and mind the existing problems for concrete analysis,comprehensive and objective to analyze the problem,it also refers to some good examples to inherit and improve,aiming at the problem to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,It provides some reference for the development of rural boarding school.The thesis research is mainly carried out from three aspects:The first part is based on the questionnaire of rural boarding middle school students in D County of Henan Province and the interview survey of the principal,from the aspects of the ideological and political education,study,daily life,safety,physical and mental health of rural boarding middle school students;The second part is to analyze the problems in the management of rural boarding junior middle school students,and analyze the root of the problems,including the shortage of funds,the imperfect system,the lack of full-time personnel,the lack of family affection of left-behind children,etc.The third part directs at the source of the issues,studies the countermeasures to solve the problem,including increasing capital investment,developing special systems,training full-time personnel,building a platform for family affection,etc.Make rural boarding school construction tend to approach perfection,promote the balanced development of education.
