Education is the first, the importance of education goes without saying.Education is the hope of a nation, which also concerns the future of a nation. As the educational layout has been readjusted among the schools in rural areas, boarding schools have become a way of efficient institutional operation to develop the elementary education. It has been proved, to some degree that boarding schools have taken shape of the scale merit, improved the efficiency on educational resources, prompted the quality of education and improved the educational development harmoniously. The establishment of the operational system of rural schools is the key factor to improving the institutional management in rural areas and to promote its sustainable development. System is for stipulating the possible actions carried out by participants in abstract form and setting up a series regulations to demand the participants to accomplish the organizing task assumed by individuals. It has the functions of guidance, checking and supervision and coordination etc. How to utilize these functions in the system to optimize organization and management so as to enhance the management efficiency involves an issue of system establishment. The article addresses and analyzes the issues of present management establishment in boarding schools in rural areas, which consists of the following sections.In the first part, the article mainly sets forth the background of subject selection, the purpose and the significance of the research.The second part is a survey of the current system of four boarding schools in Minle County.The data from the research shows that the schools’management system has been established well in demonstration schools while the implement of the system is not good enough. Therefore, the system of rural boarding schools in this areas still needs strengthening and perfecting. The practical facts shown in this section provide a solid support for the third and fourth sections.In the third part, the article classifies the current schools’system which is based on the combination of the schools’administrative structure, the schools’operation as all-round management system, teaching administration system, the stuff management and boarding management. According to this classification, the author analyzes the existing systematical problems in demonstration schools while it is carried out.And finally, in the fourth part, from two aspects, the author makes suggestions and countermeasures based on the results on how to strengthening and perfecting the system of the rural boarding schools. The other is the boarding schools in rural areas to analyze the constitution logic and is depended on constructing.In the whole article, the author combines the theory and the actual examples through the methods of documents and survey, centering on the problems existing in boarding schools in rural areas and addresses how to strengthen and perfect the system in the hope of inspiring and helping to improve the management level in boarding schools in rural areas.
